everything is great until you see what he did with the speakers.
to both how it looks and how it surely sounds.
I mean, all that effort and instead of fixing up the door install, he just blinged it up:

i didnt get that far into the thread. lol I thought it was just the trunk fabrication.
edit: ok i just revisited and didnt see the interior, where did you get those images from?

i wonder if there is any downside to using the copper rod instead of wire. doesn't current flow on the outside of the wire?

nah, i think thats only true in the MHZ/GHZ range.
I would be concerned about corrosion though.

That is one heck of a fabrication job!
I've worked with fiberglass, but never carbon fiber. Does one use fiberglass resin on CF or do they use something different? Love the look, especially when the finish is polished.
