Tomorrow it's OVER
My Clarion ARX7370 from 1998 is COMING OUT along with the CD Changer that's been on the fritz lately. A sony changer/head unit...POSSIBLY another amp...and MB Quart 5.1/4's also are finding their way in. I like mids and highs...not much of a bass guy even though lots of dance tunes are what I listen to. It's supposedly the worlds smallest cd changer(6 disc) and is GUARANTEED to play burned cd's. That's a big smile in itself. I'm prolly selling the old stuff to a friend who's in need to move UP to the 20th century audio in His car! It was good while it lasted, but like anything else, time to UPGRADE.

My Nak is a 6 disk changer, fits in the dash in a din housing, and sounds gobs better than the sony. Sony's are reliable but known for not having great range in highs and lows. Check it out if you get a chance.

I'm all smiles. VERY big difference between the clarion and the sony. Helps that I had the MB Quart DSD213 Speakers installed as well. The salesman felt it was a little "DRY" seeing we're still using the little old Clarion Amp. I might ditch it in favor for a little more umph and clarity. Overall this changer kicks ***...plays all the burned CD-R's and overall I am impressed. Oh, the head unit is an XRCA610X. VERY user friendly. The reason my system was cutting out was a wire was either frayed or loose. Prolly during re-assembly of the interior after the paint, something got yanked/jarred. I am loving this!
