help with C5 engine noise

help with C5 engine noise
I put in an AVIC Pioneer D2 with MTX amps and Polk audio speakers...I ran all RCA wires away from power. Used Expensive ones. I grounded all components to the frame...I have tried other points as well..even amps grounded to battery!
I have horrible engine noise / and clicking with engine off. Ground loop isolators helped but noise still there..
I have searched and done everything possible....changed pattery and alternator, RCAs...etc.
I hooked up an portable cd player to the amps...and noise was gone. I tried to sets of RCAs...I think they are picking some interference from the dash are.....or the pioneer Head unit.nav unit is ****ty...
What am I missing here....do the C5s have alot of frequency interference?
just bought some power line filters...not installed yet.
I do have a rear located battery with 1 gauge line to front (Lingenfelter kit)

could be the radio... ive never had alt wine in a C5 ever actually. Could be the infamous bad rca ground. Check this and try it out http://www.icixsound.com/vb/showthre...ht=pioneer+rca
