I have added an amp and speakers with stock hu to my 08 C6. I spliced in the Pac addgm24. But it doesn't work. The amp has power, but nothing from the new speakers. I have not yet disconnected the center speaker, it still works along with the rear speakers. I took an old hu and hooked it to the amp and it works. What did I do wrong?
Also, to disconnect the center and rear speakers, could I cut the wires in the addgm24? If so, does anyone know which wires they are?

Cutting the wires in the ADD-GM24 won't do you any good for killing the stock speakers. What you COULD do is cut the wires of the factory harness after the ADD-GM24. Go to this link:
You'll see a pic of the factory harness, if you clip all of the wires identified there it will kill all the signal heading to the Bose amp, eliminating the center & rears that way.
Now as to the GM24 not working... you likely have a soldering issue on the RCA's or maybe a wire mix-up. This is what the harness should look like when you're finished soldering on the RCA's:
I started with a Pac AMP-RCA and cut the end off and spliced it to the GM24 so it looks a liitle differant than the picture. But I twisted the wires together and soldered them so I know that they are together. I have two white wires for left front, and two gray wires for the right front. I could have they +- wrong, but I should still get something anyway?
I just did a continuity test from the pins to the end of the rca's and the connections are correct.
It works now. I don't know why it didn't before. I pulled the center speaker out as soon I as I got it working. I have not yet hooked up the remote, I just ran a hot wire to see how it was going to work.
Komoman curious what rca connectors do you use for your harness. i have used the radioshack ones but find them to be a real PIA to solder
I grabbed some no-name female RCA's from Parts Express. They're not really any better than what I've seen at RS, but the benefit is they are one HECK of a lot cheaper, especially since you consider they're the same thing as the RS connectors. So if you have to toss one or two because they're too messed up to use it's not a major loss.

Thanks for the help.
And now it doesn't work. When I turn off the power, and then turn it back on it doesn't work. If I remove the RCA's from the amp and then plug them back in it works until I turn it off again. The amp is a Blaupunkt THA 475 pnp. A red error light comes on on the amp when this happens.
There is some static in the left front speaker. If I swap the right/left rca's the static goes to the right speaker. I also tried using the rear outputs, no static, but still the error problem.
