can anyone help me out i want to have the oem bose subs work but i dont want to get the adapter because i will switch out in month for all new speakers etc
but for now can anyone tell me which wires go where from the smaller plug on the radio harness so i can connect that to my radio?
correct.... you are only using 5 wires all next to eachother
and like i said if i recall you only need to connect one pair of them. connecting just the FL and FR should get you the bose subs along with the common. now i have no clue if the bose amp has low pass built in or not so you might wanna connect em to the sub out of ur radio and enable your low pass filter to 80 or 100hz
metra 70-2004 isnt the expensive and should work without splicing
the picture thats shown for the harness is wrong i installed one for a customer its a 2 part harness. the 2nd part has the rcas and matches the bose plug and the other main harness is the same as a regular gm harness
