Default Dynamat introduces Mega Pak

This is the largest single container of sound deadener one can get. It is all laid out flat so there are no bends or creases to make installation easier. The Mega Pak includes nine (9) large, flat sheets of Dynamat Xtreme, each measuring 24” x 48” for a total of 72 square feet of sound control material.

This should easily cover a corvette without having to buy multiple packs.

The Mega Pak MSRP's for $539.95.

I am offering and introductory offer to the community of $425.00. This is over $100.00 off to sound deaden your entire vehicle.

About Dynamat Xtreme:

Dynamat Xtreme is the world’s leading sound
control material. Dynamat Xtreme is the
highest efficiency sound deadening material
available and is the most effective product for
dramatically reducing unwanted noise and
vibration. Xtreme’s aluminum constraining
layer is easy to cut and mold. Dynamat
Xtreme conforms easily to all interior surfaces. The super-sticky patented butyl layer is formulated with VECTOR™ chemistry
for the most amazing energy conversion capabilities ever. Dynamat Xtreme is primarily
used in automotive applications on doors, floors, roofs, hoods and trunks to achieve an
ultra-quiet, cool and incredibly comfortable luxury-car ride. Dynamat Xtreme exceeds
OEM performance standards and specifications.

What is the total weight of the package? Should be listed on the outside of the box.

I would like to see the true weight from the pack. I would guess closer to 60 lbs.

Weight is not always a bad thing. Remember it covers most of the whole car floor. If it weighed 5lbs there is no way it could dampen and stabilize the panels to lower noise.

Well, you both were pretty close. It's about 50 lbs.

I have put about 120 of dampening in mine. I may have to add horse power or I lose weight.
