What will I need to run an aftermarket head unit with the stock speakers Don,t have the funds to replace everything.Also can an aftermarket c.d changer run the stock changer?

As far as the cd changer goes, No deck will work with it.

What car I assume C5. if so you need dash kit antenna adapter and gmcrv2 to keep the bose
