AVIC dimmer interface to a C5
If anyone has tried to interface the dimmer function to a C5 you will notice that it is reverse of what should be.
I used an NPN transistor and three resistors to make an RTL inverter to fix this problem.

Now the display "dims" as well as the dash and the screen changes to the black background (which they don't mention in the manual) when dimmed to the max.
Pretty cool.
