Yet another iPod adapter question...
I know there's several threads debating the different iPod adapters but I haven't found any posts that directly address what I want to do.
I have an '05 coupe with XM and Nav. I want to be able to hook my iPod up, set it to "shuffle" mode and use the radio controls to skip songs and switch between the iPod, CD, XM and regular radio. It sounds like the USA Spec PA11-Vette and the Scosche AXIPCL2 both would work for that.
BUT I also want to just leave the iPod hooked up all the time without worrying about running my battery down. I don't want to mess with manually turning it off or disconnecting it when I turn off the car.
Is anyone out there running this type of setup?
