Take it back to the dealer since it is under warranty.
Another thing to look for..... I put a memory chip in my phone and it screwed with the Bluetooth. I had to remove the chip to use my Bluetooth. I dont have a ZR1 but my car has Bluetooth.

The bluetooth hooked thru your phone and onstar phone service use the same stuff on your car. Make sure your bluetooth on your phone is connected.
The bluetooth on my 09 c6 is very clear,,,,,, and hands free rocks. Good luck paul
