Is this normal for a CD Changer to do this?
I just installed a factory CD changer into my C5 and when I install the mag it seems to take a bit to start up, My guess is that it is doing some kind of inventory of the mag to see how many discs are there etc, This only does this when I put the mag in, After that I can go to am/fm and back to cd changer, Turn off car and the changer starts right up everytime.

OK, Found my answer in the owners book, It says it takes up to 2 mins to be ready after installing the mag.....
