I have an Arc KAR 600.4 that I am thinking of running bridged to a set of Focal 130KP's. Per the amp's manual, this would be about 320 watts. I know that this is more power then is recommended, would I blow the speakers up, or could I adjust the crossover and make it work? I have a KAR 900.1D for the subs. All of this is going into my C4.
Here is the manual for the amps http://www.arcaudio.com/archives/kar_amp.pdf
320w on 5.25 speakers is just asking for trouble. Yeah, you could keep the gains down, listen for distortion, cross them over high... But what's the point?

Kale,
So should I just sell off these amps and get one high powered amp to run the subs and front stage? or would the 600.4 have enough power to run the amps and subs?
That is a lot of amp for that set up, how about running it active with one driver per channel? 5.25's below 80hz is bad news generally speaking, and really more like 90hz. They just don't have the cone area to play midbass very well.
You should be able to get a decent price for that amp if you sell it. Check out diymobileaudio.com. Pretty active for sale section there and generally good transactions.
Can it be done? Yes .. but very, very carefully, and likely not through a passive crossover.
And from what I can make out from that link, it appears that you could bridge the back 2 channels to the sub and run the front 2 channels to the components. Looks like there are proper crossovers to run it that way. Seems to me to be the simplest installation unless you are a bass head and need more than 320w on your sub in a vette.
I run 270w to an IDQ 12 in my C5 and have the sub gain at around 5%. And I am often playing with the bass **** to keep it from overpowering the other drivers in the system. Now it won't shake the car next to you, but the car next to you will know it is not stock
