Each door has a 4 ohm 3.5 inch Bose Twiddler and a 2 ohm 8 inch Bose reverse cone subwoofer. In the rear is a pair of 4 ohm 6.5 inch (coupe), 5.25 ich (Vert+FRC) Bose Twiddlers. The amp for all the Twiddlers is in the HU. The amp for the each subwoofer is inside each subwoofer housing.
The 3.5 inch front and 6.5 inch rear speakers are driven by a 4 ch power amp
in the HU. The HU's four pre-amp outputs go to the Bose Signal Processor
(BSP), for filtering. The BSP then sends the high frequency signals back to
the HU internal power amp to drive the 4 high frequency speakers and a pair
of summed unfiltered signals to the subwoofer amps.
Thanks SO much for that information. One more thing, do you know the depth you have to work with on the 8in driver in the doors? That would be a great place to put a small subwoofer.

the door is nice place for an 8" sub, but my question to all of you is, is the door going to raddle (vibrate) with the bass?
Remove the trim around the inside door handle (pull on it), then remove the small oval plastic plate behind the place where you grab to close the door. There you will find 2 torx screws. Gently pull the on the door panel starting near the front of the door and work your way around. When the panel comes off you will have 1 plug to disconnect and it's off !!
