been doing some searching around to try and find an install that i like. I saw one C5 up here and the person but a docknig station inside the cup holder....was well hidden and all you had to do was sit the ipod in the cradle..and he used the IPOD2CAR adapter into the bose head unit...thinking of going with that. I have also looked at the mounting bracket that hangs off the radio trim peice..that looks good also....all though im wondering what holds it on to the trip peice?....screws or clips Anyone that can help would be awesome!...thanks guys!

The iPod adapter does not have any screws or clips, it fastens to the side of the bezel next to the radio and ash tray. It fits right in there nicely. So on that note I have the info below if you are interested.
I have for sale one complete unit iPOD2car. This unit is for accomadating units that do not have a CD changer.
The unit is from Peripheral. I had this in my C5 for about a year but since have installed a DD Kenwood Nav, IPOD etc..unit.
Two harnesses and one cable for the IPOD connection. One PXDP iPOD2car box. Version 1.4.1.
$100 shipping included.
I'm also including a ProClip Mounting System. This unit holds original sized IPods. This attaches to the bezel on the side next to the ash tray.
