Mp3 aux?
I know I'm 
but please bear with me.
I have an 2006/C6 with the Bose,XM,single CD,Navigation. I just got a portable MP3 and the wife has one also. Our C6 has no AUX input and I would like to install one. I went to one site and they recommend the GM12-AUXV2, I went to Crutchfield and they say this will not work with my system, they want me to purchase the GM12-X2. I then saw the GM PAL unit but I believe that only works with the iPod.
Could someone please set me straight

Or you could try the GM Personal Audo Link (PAL). It allows complete operation of the Ipod through the NAV unit. My understanding is that is works on pre 2008 C6 as long as the NAV unit has the latest firmware installed.
Ray Kawal has done extensive work on a new easy install.
