No I'm not a audio guru
which is why I'm asking ;are the rear speakers from a C5 coupe compatible with the OEM Bose/CD sytem in my C5Z06 as far as Ohms? (FYI I want to incorporate them into a new rear noise partition that I'm fabricating since the noise partition reduces the rear speaker volume as well as trunk noise.)
Also I'm going to be adding audio sound deadening material. I was contemplating using the .050 Fatmat. Anyone have input if this is the better brand to use ( weight is always a consideration with me , which is why I'm thinking .050 thickness.)

yeah they are both standard 4ohm speakers. as far as it matters coupe speakers are compatiable also they just dont fit the stock holes, hell 99% of aftermarket speakers are also
