invisicord question
so i am looking at buying the invisicord, but i had a question about the connection...right now the passport 8500 does allow for a remote silencer button to be installed...only problem is, the invisicord is made to just power the rd on/off from the rearview mirror...
question here is, does anyone know if i would be able to run a new cable off of the rj-11 connector (recrimping the current one of course), to accomodate for the remote silence button?...is there a wiring diagram that shows which wire is used for the silence button and which for the power on/off?
