Parade Speaker setup HELP
Hi Guys
I am going on the Run for the Wall on may 19 and want to supply an outside sound source for music as we go thru the towns along the way. we start with 500 bikes in Rancho cucamonga and drive to Washington DC where they do the Rolling Thunder with 500,000 bikes. I have been asked to be a chase car and "Might" get to be one of the lead cars on the Rolling Thunder. So here is the question. My sound guy says if I get two 4 ohm Marine speakers and mount them under the front and cut out the grill slits to allow the sound out. All we need then is to mount an A/B switch on each side of the car so the speaker amp won't be trying to drive two speakers instead of one per side. Sound quality will suffer i am sure but as long as I can let them hear SteppenWolf and the Doors they will be happy. any help would be appreciated. BTW this is a low buck deal. I'm retired!!!!
