The Bose speakers are from a 99.
I'm the third owner and not real familiar with Bose Gold.
I did purchase the build sheet from the Corvette Museum and it lists AM/FM Stereo w/ CD Player. The codes indicate U26 quad speakers.
The speakers are fine - I am inthe process of installing a different head unit with more watts and installed speakers of higher capacity.

You'd probably have much better luck on ebay. Around here the oem Blose speakers are very often given away for the price of shipping. Even at $30+s/h for all 4 it's still possible to get better sounding speakers at wallyworld, sorry.
