Navi Issue.. getting engine noise through stereo when amplified.

Navi Issue.. getting engine noise through stereo when amplified.
Putting a Clarion Navi system in NX500. Having problems integrating.. all wired up and get interference from everythign when motor is running (not on assessory mode though) Can hear the alternator screaming..!! and only when amp is connected.. works fine but has no bass! still running bose speaker set up!! any advice??? thanks

I'll have to check it when i get home.. Tried to look it up online. XSVI-2004 maybe??Thought the box said gmos2004 tho.. Stereo is stock other then the headunit i'm trying to put into the sweet Double din surround i got From dennis. Headunit is the NX500 from clairon. Works perfect with the car in assessory mode... start the car and the noise starts coming..... can hear the alternator whining when you accelerate. Works ok when i stick stock head unit in it~
I find that hard to believe as stock head unit works perfect???
