I also have a Pioneer double din with Nav etc installed in the car. Now I want to install my Rockford Fosgate P400.4 in the car. Is their a plug and play adapter I can use to move the stock Delphi amp out of the loop and replace it with the P400.4? If not does anyone know where I can get wiring schematics for the stock Delphi amp?
You should not try to use any factory wiring to power an aftermarket amp. It will pull too much current and burn up the wires or pop fuses. You will need to run a dedicated power wire directly from the battery to power the amp.

I will be running a new power wire setup for the amp. The part I am worried about is connecting the speaker wiring to the amp. I apologize if I was not clear about that part.
Ok, I see from your install thread that you used the factory speaker wire with the factory connectors cut off. I guess you could tap into the factory harness at the delphi amp and run speaker wires from the aftermarket amp to that but I'd go with Mark's suggestion and run all new quality speaker wire to everything.
On that note how should i do the wiring to the tweeters that are in the door panel not the body? The wiring to them factory is integrated into the door plug.
You run separate speaker wires through that rubber conduit that is connected from the door to the door jam. The factory harness goes through there and you run the wires right along side of it. When I did mine I stuck a stiff plastic tube the size of a long straw from the door side through the rubber piece into the car and taped the speaker wire on to it and pulled it back through with the wire attached. The first one was a PITA but the second one went a little faster.
Change the wiring to your door speakers over to the way it should be. Amp channel goes to crossover input, then crossover outputs to the components (not like you currently have it according to your speaker install thread).
The crossovers can easily be left where you have them now. Running new wire to speakers is soooo simple in C5/6.
