Amp mounting ideas...
Looking at pulling out my stock Bose with some a JL setup I got off ebay. It came with a sheet of wood with black carpet for mounting the amps on, but trying to think of ideas for mounting that or doing something different. I have heard of some people gluing wood under the carpet to screw into. Thinking of maybe doing something like that. It will have a JL 300/4 and 250/1 amp and wiring for all of it. How have some of you mounted your amps. Not really looking at building anything to0 elaborate.

I mounted my Kenwood XR5S amp to the carpet/padding behind the passenger seat. I used the provided screws to hold it directly into the carpet and padding. Works great and no drilling or permanent mods required.
