Default Tasty bits..will they mix well???

Okay boys & girls, this is my latest (possibly last) attempt at putting an audio system together. Any helpful hints and venerable views are always appreciated. :yesnod:

Kenwood KDC X-717 excelon (3 RCA preouts)......................300.-@Buyloud

OZ Audio matrix 180 cs (7" driver + tweet components/ 100RMS).340.-@S.D.

Lanzar Vibe 230 amps ( 2 channel: 2 x 120 RMS @ 4 ohms)...140.-@Buyloud
*buying 2, one for door components & one for the 2 subs*

Orion Cobalt 10d 10" ........................................ ...................70.-@Buyloud

wiring 60.-, carpet 60.-, misc 100.-, and 75.- install fee per item(H.U., doors systems, amps, subs)..and taxes for Uncle Sam (will he be listening to this when its finished? )

All this comes to a rough total of 1600.-
All of these items seem to be rated highly (dB sensitivity) and lowly (THD) compared to many(!) other brands.
Kale, 92TripleBlack, 99HT, and all other 'electro-wizards & sound geeks' (said respectfully!) please offer me guidance. Thanx to all! :flag

I've run the Oz Audio components in my old car and they were simply awesome! I'm planning on going back to them when I upgrade my blows. Heck, I even ran a pair of 8's for the subs! No, they weren't loud, but they were very smooth and accurate.

Read this about buyloud.com from the bbb . Buyer be wear:
We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of customer service and delivery related complaints which causes us concern. Complainants allege the company fails to ship orders for audio components, and they are unable to reach company personnel by e-mail, phone, or fax to inquire on the status of their orders. The company responds to some earlier complaints by offering explanations for delays in shipping, or by sending ordered products. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule requires the seller to ship ordered products to the buyer within 30 days, unless otherwise specified at the time the order was placed. If the seller cannot comply with the 30 day shipping period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within 7 days. The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company.

Speakers and deck are good. You want a set of components for both front and rear. The amps are so so and the sub is on the cheap side. Bang for the buck, I would pick up a JL sub, and get a four channel amp for the speakers and a two channel bridgable for the sub.
