We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of customer service and delivery related complaints which causes us concern. Complainants allege the company fails to ship orders for audio components, and they are unable to reach company personnel by e-mail, phone, or fax to inquire on the status of their orders. The company responds to some earlier complaints by offering explanations for delays in shipping, or by sending ordered products. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule requires the seller to ship ordered products to the buyer within 30 days, unless otherwise specified at the time the order was placed. If the seller cannot comply with the 30 day shipping period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within 7 days. The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company.
