Pioneer 930bt MP3 question
On a lot of mp3 players, even simple ones, you can choose to categorize via Artist, Album, Genre, etc. From what I can tell, the Pioneer 930bt doesn't do that. It just reads the directory/file structure of the media. I find it hard to believe that a head unit as expensive and sophisticated as this unit doesn't read id3 tags, or allow categorizing by them.
Have I just missed something somewhere?
On the main ipod screen (like this one) if you click on the icon that looks like a little dude next to the artist it will go to all your songs listed in order by the artist. The CD icon will go to a list by album name, and the music note will take you to a list of all songs.
All lists are alphabetical. Is that what you're asking?
Many moons ago, before I even had an ipod, I figured out how to make new playlists so it was much easier to get at certain songs.
If you're asking about songs loaded on an SD card, I can't help other than suggesting you find a used ipod somewhere (the refurbished ones from HERE are usually good deals and they come with a full warranty).
