crossover settings
My Focals that I am going to install have midrange and tweeter settings, Do I leave them at flat and then adjust on the h/u or do I leave the crossovers where I can easily get to them?

Do you mean the -3 0 +3 setting on the tweeter?
If so, start at 0. If too loud, move to -3. If too quiet, move to +3.
Unless you're talking about the utopias. Go ahead and use those crossovers and adjust until it sounds right. If you're anything like me, this process takes about 3 years.
