Sub Grill
Im getting a flush mount sub box that fits in the center back area. Most subs dont come with grills so I have to get a aftermarket grill of go with a jl audio 10W3v3 sub that has a grill. I like the KS 12 by arc better cost but doesnt have an optional grill, I just want something simple no bells and BS. Anybody have any recogmendations?

Many companies offer grills made with matching bolt holes (click here for a few). There are also generic grills that will fit anything.

I got a JL 12W3 and didn't like the look of the grille provided. I liked the look of the grills that come on Kicker subs. I took a chance and ordered one of the Kicker grilles, and the bolt pattern fit the JL 12W3 perfectly. Here is what it looks like (on my kitchen table prior to mounting in box):

Where did you fit the 12W3. Doesnt it need more cubic space than the flush mount box. Im torn for the price the arc 12 and the functionality of the 10W3 jl audio. It has a grill that is really protecting the sub where A lot of these others it could still get puctured. Also I use the cargo net a lot and I dont want to have in between the speaker and the grill accidentally.

Isnt the steath box .8 instead of almost 1 for the flush mount. Most subs want around that right? and do you lose a lost of sound having the OEM clamped cover over it? or no
