Sure does look purty but it doesnt look like it has nearly the correct volume for a 10w3. heres my Stealthbox, it seems to have alot more volume. Keep in mind the box also completly fill the cubby. How did you calculate interior volume and what specs did you use?

Yes but yours is made by JL, are professionals, I am only amateur with basic tools, I tried to do with the appropriate specifications but not exact, is a non-uniform box, then, I divided the box in figures, I calculated the volume of each figure and the total cu.in /1728= cu.ft, results was aprox. to manufacturer´s specs
After seeing your later pictures(prefab) I see it has much more volume than appears in the first set of pics. Looks good to me and I bet JL would say the same. Great job.
Super job with the sub and especially the Nav bezel. If you have rattles you need to add some deadening layers and check for what is making the noises ...
