I love RE, and so many people have no idea who they are!....I'm currently running one of the past Gen XXX 12's in my tahoe with a Zapco Y2K 9.0. I have 4 of the RE 8's and 2 sets of the 6 1/2 components just hanging around collecting dust too.

Too bad RE Audio has just been buying stamped out alibaba china products and rebadging them since Scott Atwell sold the company back in 2006ish and opened up his new venture FI car audio which is a hell of a better product and you can actually have them build you your subwoofer to your own specs to a certain extent.
And trayack, you're lucky that you still have your older generation XXX. The new ones are a terrible waste of money. I had one of my customers bring me one to recone a few months back and I was apaulled at the build quality vs. the old gen 1's.
