This is a pretty intense way of getting ahold of a well-respected and very responsive forum vendor. Give Dennis a few moments to get back to you, I have every confidence that he will.

I was just trying to get him as he sent me my speakers but he forgot to include the door mounting plates. I had an appointment this Saturday to have a installer do the work including re-wiring the complete system. So I was kind of in a panic but guess I will just cancel the appointment and re-schedule when he gets back. BTW, what's wrong with trying to get in touch with a vendor via PM, email, or phone call? Some of you feel it's wrong? I waited over a month for the speakers which I just received so I think I was being pretty patient. And yes, I agree Dennis and Greg are good people and very helpful. Some of you guys tend to jump on people without any knowledge of the situation. I noticed that in other posts. I don't think it's a good idea to assume you know what's going on and then comment on it. Maybe a PM to the poster VS in the thread.

Unfortunately Dennis does not package his equipment for shipping. I was missing an item and Dennis got it to me within a few days of notifying him. Not much you or he can do when he is on vacation.

No one was saying not to PM, email or phone. Just not cool to air it out on the forum. Get a lot more done with honey than with vinegar.

What did I air out? Just trying to contact him and I would never have known he was on vacation without posting on the forum since PM, email, and phone were not answered. You guys are reading stuff into the post. Read it again and tell me where I was not cool? If I am a vendor, forum friend, whatever, I would not have a problem with someone trying to contact me via email, pm or phone call. In fact, it would seem to me that others spotted the post and let me know he was not available which I would have never known. So thanks to those who responded that Dennis is on vacation and probably well deserved! Have a great time Dennis!

Wish I was there instead..............

We, the friends and customers of Dennis, may have read your posts as just a touch sarcastic, but no big deal. Once a thread rolls it can really roll, as you saw. Don't worry about it and he'll be in touch as soon as he can, he always delivers ...

I just really get frustrated with people that make something out of nothing. Seems there should be better things to do than find ways to rag on other forum members. I have done business with Dennis and think he's the best and also Greg. I don't like people who turn things around without knowing anything. I don't see the point. Dennis will always have my business. ENOUGH SAID PLEASE!

PS....the first 2 posts that were commented on, what was sarcastic about them? You can PM me if you like.

I guess a guy can not take time away anymore.

I was answering all of my emails while on vacation like I always do till Blackberry decided to screw me over on service this week. With not being able to get emails for a couple days it makes it hard to reply while away.

Our shop was also still open each and every day for business as well with Devan there helping people, taking orders and shipping as much product as she could so a simple phone call would have taken care of any delay that Blackberry caused.

After I was able to get a message to Devan that my cell was not working, all messages both phone and email were being monitored by Devan while I was having issues as well so there was no need for the notifiers.

Yes we appoligize for overlooking the speaker plates not being shipped out to Ken but Devan DID OVERNIGHT speaker plates to him and he had them Friday morning for his install.
We sent the speaker plates ovenight that were not entirely finished as I did not get them complete before we left.
Ken had to cut the center opening for the speaker and drill some holes which he said he was fine with.

I just thought I would update this for everyone Ken was getting taking care of by Devan(muliple emails) while I was gone and he did get his speaker plates in time for him to cut the center and have them ready for his install today.

For those who dont know me I always reply while on vacation to emails via my cell phone. I answer and help with what i can or let them know I am gone and when they can expect a reply from me.

Devans email was also available for a simple reply as well Ken
She sent you tracking info like she does for every customer on the 5th.
