Default Any solution?

Hi,I have a 2009,Z51,6 speed with the Nav System.Sometimes my radio changes stations.I usually listen to XM and once in awhile the radio goes to another station.Usually when I am driving.I took my car to the dealer and the tech looked at me like I was one beer short of a six pack.Try as we may,it wouldn't do it.Only when it feels like it. Any suggestions? Oh,the tech checked my radio for upgrades and he stated to me the updates were up to date.Thank for reading about my dilemma.Rod:flag :

Likely there is a loose connection. Take it all apart and re-seat all connections , seriously, or the HU itself may be wacked

ROD BROWN,
It sounds like Thrash might be on the right track. I'd recommend possibly trying another dealership. If they try to run the update route and come up with nothing I'd suggest checking for loose connection and asking they check out the HU. Let us know what you find out.

Are you sure that you are not accidentally pressing the "1-6" button on the steering wheel and changing to the next preset station?
