How much power from OEM C6 Bose amp ?

The weak link is the speakers. I'd stick with oem amp until you decide to replace speakers with aftermarket.
Bose specs are best kept secret in auto industry, but popular guess is 15-20wRMS at twiddlers and ~100w at door subs.
Another issue is that the bose amp is what separates the signal to the subs, so you need to supply it either way.
