Default C6 Vert Final Setup - Opinions Requested

All,

Wanted to see if you would bless this final setup and give me your honest criticism.

Before
My C6 Vert had the JL 8" ported box in the trunk with a pair of Hertz Mille's in the doors and the pioneer x930bt head unit connected to the JL HD/900 amp.

My final setup being completed by tomorrow will be:

Removed the JL 8" ported box in the trunk replaced with 2 8" JL Stealthbox's behind the seats and added an addtional 2 Mille's in the doors - so 4 Mille's. Removed HD/900 amp and replaced with a HD 600/4 channel amp for the Mille's and another HD 400 amp for the subs - then Dynomated sound proofing.

They tell me the difference will be very noticeable.

Wanted everyone's opinion.

Thanks

TB

Subs should sound much better.

What exact model numbers of Mille's do you have now, and what exact model number are being added?

Thanks man, yes that's what they said.

Hertz Mille MLK 165's all (4). Said I should get some nice mid-range and highs and great separation etc. Not to mention they are sick sounding...can't wait to hear all 4 and those JL's.

Where are you going to install the other two Mille speakers. I sure the first two go in the doors. Can you post the pics of your set up?

As soon as I get the car back I will post pics. Yeah, they contacted Hertz and were assured they would fit, I asked the same question lol.... but yes the 165's will fit - they say...

Are you moving the subs because the two partitions in a C6 vert block the sound? I am considering adding a sub in my convertible and am concerned about the location in the rear corner.

Oh My Gosh.... This setup is awesome sounds unbelievable even with the top down its amazing

Took the partition off and made it so top will go up and down without interfering with amps/crossovers...

JL Stealthboxs behind the seats give great punch and nice lows - worth the price

Mille 165's in doors with fiberglass mold and dynamat insulated doors

Mille Tweets above

It was expensive but if you own a vert and want a very high quality system to play with the top down this is it!

I added Stelth box for 2 reasons - bass behind me and to free up trunk

I can fit some small bags in trunk now which is cool

I was wondering how you would fit two sets of 6.5" components in the doors without some serious modifications, now I know.
