Cosmetic condition - 8.5-9/10 has some slight chipping at the bottom of the amp, by the dials.
Functional condition - 9.8/10 has very slight, high pitched whine when the amp is very cold. the whine disappears if you jiggle the rca plugs, or just let the amp warm up. in my 2 years of owning this amp, i only heard the whine less than half a dozen times.
