I know there are some audiophiles in here and need some guidance.
I have a 2008 F350 4-door, with stock Nav and sub.
I want to stay with the stock HU for now...
Im looking to put 3-way components in the front and would like to go with Focal, id like to go a step up ( or two) from the Access line of stuff.
I read alot that the tweeters are "bright" and can become fatigue'ing to the ears.
For the rear, only the tweeter location is in the door, the speakers are in the pillar, somewhat blocked by seats.
I was thinking a decent 2way coax. say 5 1/2" or a set of 2-way comps, also 5 1/2" with tweeter.. Also Focal.
And for subs, two 10's....might have to be shallow mount as the boxes I see for behind seat can only accommodate ~5 1/4" or less mounting depth subs.. Honestly for subs I dont care a whole lot on brand, just want a decent unit.
