I just purchased an 05 C6. A couple of the hard buttons on the nav system don't work and just purchased some used nav disk and the nav does not work either. When you put the dvd in, it say the disk in the system is not a nav disk. It won't turn off either. I just turn it down when not in use. So, what would be a decent replacement system for it that does not cost an arm and a leg? I appreciate any advice. I would be open to a good used unit as well.
It's stock. I would like to know of one that someone has and work well. Thanks
Went to a local store and the salesman said no matter which system you put in, since it's Bose I will have to have these adapters which cost about $400. Is this true?
You may get lucky here on the forum and get one for under $100, not many people are looking for the early year nav units.
With Bose and no onstar you'd need this $140 kit to install any aftermarket double-din unit if you keep oem amp/speakers. Dennis can give you a great deal on the HU also
