Couldn't find '91, so from the 1993 manual....
Setting the Clock
Setting the cloclc is easy.
1 With the radio on or off and the
ignition on, press SET. The SET
indicator light will glow for five
seconds.
2 You must begin to set the clock to
the correct hour and minute during
those five seconds. Set the clock by
pressing the TUNE button. TUNE down
will set the hour. TUNE up sets the
minute.
