C5 Headlight Issue

C5 Headlight Issue
Recently had a new Steering Wheel Position Sensor installed. (they pulled the steering column) Now my lights won't go up or down. Looking for ideas... (I know I can go back to them. If its easy, I'd rather they not touch my car again)
Background Info:
The lights themselves still come on, highs, low, fogs, everything;
I have Sun Gun HIDs installed;
I've tried inserting a resistor in the HID circuitry, moving it individually before each ballast and each low beam... no dice.
Never had this issue before. Have had the HIDs for about 2 years (?) with no issues... Could this be something in the steering column? What am I missing

Everything i have posted for headlights is below. I'd start by checking fuses 3 & 4 under the hood, then the ground wire for the Headlamp Door Control Module (IIRC it may be behind the passenger side headlight on the vertical wall).

Looked at the fuses, both were properly seated and are still intact. I found the ground for the module and it appears to be properly connected. I'll take a look at those diagrams, but I'm not to good at reading hieroglyphics. It will take a bit for me to find the physical items represented there.
