C5 aftermarket speaker problem
I recently replaced my front Bose speakers with JL Audio speakers. I am having trouble finding out which wires to connect them to. I purchased the Metra connectors but those are a 2 pin connectors and I think the only connector there is an 8 pin from the old Bose speaker. Is there an adapter that I need to buy or am I just tapped into the wrong wires. The speakers work but I hear the whinning noise when driving.

What model number are the new speakers? Are you replacing just the 3.5' or did you pull the sub out also?
IIRC the 3.5's don't need an adapter, the wires should pull off of the oem spades and slide right on to the new ones.
