Sirrusxm radio
Having problem with sirrusxm radio not getting a signal does anybody know what the problem could be sirrusxm has refreshed the signal several times with no avail,

Send a Radio Activation Signal
Please note that in order for your radio to receive our signal, it has to be turned on with the antenna facing skyward and tuned to channel 184 for Sirius radios, or channel 1 for XM or SiriusXM radios. (If your radio is in your vehicle, please make sure that it's not in the garage.)
If you do not receive service within 5 minutes, have your ESN/Radio ID handy and call 1-855-MYREFRESH (697-3373) to reach our Automated Activation Hotline. Follow the automated instructions to have the signal resent.

if its aftermarket the signal is horrible unless you were to have bought the correct adapters from us with our packages to retain the stock antennas...

Funny thing I'm having the same exact issue. Mine is a stock NAV system with factory XM. I was on CH 1 when they tried numerous times to activate. Eventually I was told to go to a dealer. Guess that is my next step
