I hope you know that just buying radio that has buttons for Sirius radio, you still need the receiver to get Sirius radio, and they come with the antenna I hid my antenna inside the car at left side of the hatch mechanism and works just fine without having it seen on the outside of the car.

This is what they look like, to get Sirius radio, there are others made for, but they look similar.
