Cannot change XM channels
I Did the Kawal radio modification so I would have a 3.5 mm jack for the phone (pandora). Ran this set up for a while. I worked fine, though the volume was a little low when using the phone jack. Now XM has offered 3 months free reception for my c6 radio. I installed a switch so the 3.5mm jack would work and the xm radio receiver output would also work. Now I cannot change channels on the XM receiver. The receiver is powered up and the 3.5 mm jack still works when switched to that function but I cannot change the XM radio channels. Any one see this issue before? Bad XM receiver? It changed channels before, but I never had a subscription.

What channel is it stuck on?
Can you hear the audio from that XM channel?
If you're sure you only cut the audio wires and not any of the others, try pulling the radio fuse overnight, maybe it will 'reset' and start working.

I hear nothing from the XM radio. It is stuck on channel 255. I need it on channel one to get the new signal and activate the radio. Hitting the scan up or down button on the radio causes 3 of the function on the radio face to go on and off. I see "hyroglifics" in the upper right corner of the radio when trying to scan channels while on XM.
The switch works fine. When I move the 2 way switch to the 3.5 mm cable for the phone, pandara works like it always has. I thought about disconnecting the battry for a while. Easier to do that than get to the fuse.
