08 c6 stock nav won't save the time
I have a 2008 c6 corvette with the stock navigation and I cannot get the time to save. No matter how I try it, the time zone gets changed to eastern time every time I turn off the car. All other audio settings get saved.

It gets the time from satellites and adjusts the display based on what zone you select, so just changing the displayed time doesn't help. If you edit the actual time it will auto-correct to the zone that is set.
Try changing the set time zone to whatever one will move your displayed time by the correct number of hours from EST.

Yea that's what I was thinking as well so I tried to change the time zone and every time turned off the car it would reset to the eastern timezone. I figured I would leave it as eastern and just change the time it was showing and mess with day light savings. But the times always off by a couple of hours.
