Anyone here not use the crossover in their components and wire two tweeters, two 6.5's with a 4 channel.?
I have a Arc 300.4 at 90wx 4 @4ohm and only have doors with speakers.
Using the crossover on the outlet of the amp is called 'passive'. Putting each speaker on it's own amp channel like you're asking about is 'active'.
It works great, sounds better, and is usually louder, but you have to set it up right or you can damage your speakers or amp.
The gain adjustment for the tweeter will be about half volume of the bass speaker.
Send a full signal into the amp (or HP at ~100hz if you have a separate sub), and set both amp crossovers at 2500-3000ish. HP for tweeter and LP for bass speaker. Arc amps have great internal crossovers

Thanks. so on a 4 channel, would for instance channel 1 be the 6.5 and channel 2 be the tweeter same door?

Put one set (6.5) on Ch 1&2, and the other (tweets) on 3&4. It doesn't matter on your amp which is where (both internal crossovers are fully adjustable), so you could put tweets on 1&2 if you want.
