I have used a iSimple PXDP iPod Interface for years with no issues up until recently.
Now the iSimple PXDP iPod Interface seems to limit the iPod to playing 6-10 of the same songs over and over.
My iPod is set to Shuffle, as it always has been.
But if I use the <or> controls on the Bose to jump to the next song the iSimple PXDP iPod Interface will only find and play 6-10 of the same songs over and over.
I have tried three different iPods, all have the same issue if connected via the iSimple PXDP iPod Interface.
This is very annoying........has anyone had this problem or found a solution?

Thanks in advance,

When I purchased my 2006 Coupe wih Bose, Factory Nav, XM, (No Onstar) it had the ISimple interface installed by previous owner. It had the old 30-pin Ipod connector as well as a 2.5mm stereo male as input connections. I tried to get it to work with an Ipod 4 and then an Ipod 5 using a lightning connector adaptor. The ipod 4 worked a few times and then quit responding. The Ipod 5 never worked. I could only get my Iphone 7 and the Ipod 5 to play music through the 2.5mm stereo and then only one album at a time. Iphone/Ipod set to shuffle, songs went into repeat mode. Finally quit using it altogether. POS, imo, especially given that it was installed sometime in 2014 (according to records that came with the car).
Have since removed the ISimple stuff completely. Now in the process of installing Kenwood DNX994S unit.

Well, that is an option........but a very expensive one.
I had the same iSimple setup in my 99 for a decade and it always worked just fine.
Perhaps I got a bad one, but too late for a return.
