USB cigarette adaptor
Any recommendations to convert the console cigarette plug to a USB connection. Looking to run the USB cables from the new radio head unit to the plug in the console. Thanks

I had a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX installed in my 2011 C6. It has 2 USB inputs (one dedicated for Apple Car Play), 1 HDMI input, and 2 camera inputs. I had my installer replace the cigarette lighter with a dual USB/HDMI port. The second USB port is routed to console.I have a back up camera but did not install a front camera. Swapping out the cigarette lighter for a USB port should be fairly straight forward. Good luck with your new head unit.

Pretty sure the one I used was made by rockford fosgate. It came as part of the whole upgrade package from a former forum vendor. It plugged two USBs into the Head unit and replaced the cigarette lighter with USB jacks (the top one is apple carplay, the bottom is just a regular USB.)
