I have a coupe, but I think the same is possible for a vert or FRC. There is a drain opening around the hatch opening that is fairly obvious once you look for it. You can easily drop wires into the fascia area through there. I pulled up the weatherstripping which is easy because its not glued in place and ran the wire under the weatherstrip into the cargo area and behind the carpet. This whole process is extremely easy to do. You can get into the fascia with a T15 driver and removing one or two taillights. It works great.
