Default Component Crossover Wiring Help

I have a '06 C6 base that I bought with stock-non Bose speakers and a Sony XAV-601BT HU already installed using a PAC OS2 harness. I don't believe it ever had NAV and OnStar seems to have been disabled, but I don't need or want them anyway; I also disconnected and removed the center channel. I'm just trying to figure out where in this huge wiring mess I need to go to wire in the crossovers for some Polk DB6501 components my wife bought me for my birthday. If it wasn't for the chimes, I'd probably just rip out the entire PAC unit - assuming that would be ok to do - and just wire directly to the HU wiring harness itself...

Initially, I want to run directly off of the HU, but in the near future, I'll be adding a 4 or 5-channel amplifier, a newer HU, and a pair of 8" Kicker L7 Solobaric subs that I pulled out of my '05 Wrangler when I sold it several years ago.

Personally, I would run new wires to the headunit.

So it’s ok to bypass the PAC module? Do I just cut and shrink wrap the leads coming from the speakers and leave the rest to ensure I have chimes and whatever else it runs or do I remove the entire unit?

You still need the adapter for the chimes and steering wheel controls, etc.
