I see Crutchfield only has one dd Blaupunkt hu I expected more. It's been many years since I've considered a new hu. Back then Blaupunkt was top of the line. Just wandering if anyone has installed one in their C6 or other models. I'm considering a new hu for my 05.
If you want a good head unit for a reasonable price, I would suggest the Kenwood 9904s for $400 while supplies last. Crutchfield just sold out of them, but there is a seller on Amazon offering it for $399 through Amazon prime. It has been replaced by the 9905s in Kenwood's line up so they are selling at a steep discount right now.
From: Frankenstein never scared me. Marsupials do, because they're fassst…and they DART, THAT'S crazy!

That must have been a REALLY long time ago since Blue Dot has been considered less than desirable for quite a while now.
I don't know what your price point is, but if you're in the $750 range, I don't think you can beat this:

This is the HU I installed a couple months ago in my C6, one of the best decisions I made. Just keep in mind, you'll need to budget for another ~$80 for a PAC RP5-GM11. Makes the install a breeze. Once you get all the wiring done between this and the HU harness, the radio is just a simple plug a play.
While you're at it, throw in a camera or two since you'll have the console blown apart for the install anyway. I got a reverse cam for less than $20 on Amazon as well. So for ~$500, all in, you'd be all set.
