Google Maps Offline
This may not be the best forum to post, but giving it a try anyway. Love Android Auto in my 2019 Vette. I was using the phone in one of my other cars using Google Maps. Since I have a limited data plan, I use the Offline Maps function, which works very well. My question: When using Offline Maps, I can't get turn-by-turn voice instructions. It does work when connected to Wifi. Is there a setting I can enable to get voice instructions when using offline or voice instructions only available when connected to Wifi? I have searched online and cannot find the answer. Some topics indicate you can get voice instructions when using offline maps, but there are no specifics.
