C7 FM Antenna question

C7 FM Antenna question
looking at a wiring diagram I found online.. it looks like it is a Diversity antenna? since there are 2 in the rear bumper. I also see a bar between them yet just above them which is the AM antenna..
the Left side handles FM1 and AM.. the Right is FM2 and DAB, I am guessing the DAB is not used in the US as I know my aftermarket radio in my C4 uses the FM for HD.
Anyway. my main question I am wondering is if the FM antenna is active (powered).
Lastly, what connector is used on the Coax? is it a Fakra connector?
